The structure of the face that gives greater appearance are the eyelids. How we feel physically and emotionally is reflected in our eyelids.
Unfortunately hereditary factors and signs of maturity are impacting heavily on the appearance of the eyes because it is not really reflect how you feel.
The procces
- Before surgery, the surgeon marks the incision sites, following the natural lines and creases of the upper and lower eyelids.
- It can extract the fat below the skin as well as the excess of the skin and muscle.
- The surgeon closes the incisions with fine sutures, leaving scars that are almost invisible.
- In a transconjunctival blepharoplasty, a tiny incision is made in the lower eyelid fat removing very fine forceps. No skin is removed and the incision is closed with sutures that dissolve themselves.
- After surgery, the upper eyelids no longer fall off and the skin under the eyes has a firm, flat surface.
